Ordering, sizing and offers
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it can make future checkouts and order history easier to manage.
How do I place an order?
Choose your product, select the correct size and colour, and add it to your cart. Review your items, delivery address and delivery cost before completing secure checkout.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart linked on the product page and compare it with your measurements before ordering. Underwear, T-shirts, hoodies and sweaters use different charts. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering.
How does Build Your Bear Pack work?
Choose any three eligible pairs of underwear and the 10% pack saving is applied automatically in your cart. Eligible colours and styles can be mixed where shown.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter the code in the discount box at checkout before paying. Some codes cannot be combined with automatic offers; Shopify will show which saving has been applied before you complete the order.
How can I pay?
The secure payment methods available for your device and country are shown at checkout. These may include major cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Where does Bearundys deliver?
We are based in Leeds, UK, and deliver across the UK and to supported international destinations. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.
How much does delivery cost?
- UK: free delivery.
- Supported international destinations: £12 for orders under £40; free delivery from £40.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, UK delivery usually takes 2–4 business days and international delivery is estimated at 7–10 business days. Processing or production time comes before dispatch, and busy periods, customs or carrier delays can add extra time.
Will I receive tracking, and can items arrive separately?
Tracking details are emailed when each parcel is dispatched. Some products may be fulfilled separately, so a mixed order can arrive in more than one parcel. You will not be charged an extra delivery fee just because an order is split into separate parcels.
After you order
How do I know my order was received?
An order confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder and make sure the email address was entered correctly. If payment was taken but no confirmation arrived, contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately with your order number. We will help if processing has not started, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared or has been dispatched.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Please contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item and whether you want a return or exchange. We will confirm eligibility and send the correct instructions. You can also read our Return Policy.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a short explanation and a clear photo of the item. We will review it and help put it right.
